Devon Simon
Devon Charles Simon is a business development executive, technology founder, and retired U.S. Naval Officer with more than two decades of leadership and management experience across military, operational, and entrepreneurial environments. A graduate of Morehouse College and the United States Marine Corps University’s Expeditionary Warfare School, Devon built his leadership foundation as a Naval Aviator, where he led complex missions, managed high-performance teams, and operated in demanding, high-stakes environments.
Following his military service, Devon transitioned his operational expertise into business leadership and strategic development. He currently serves as Executive Officer in the Office of the Founder & CEO and leads business development initiatives focused on building strategic partnerships, identifying growth opportunities, and scaling innovative solutions.
Devon is also the founder of Isabel, a K-12 IEP process delivery improvement platform designed to streamline special education workflows and improve outcomes for students, educators, and school systems. His work reflects a commitment to applying disciplined operational thinking and technology to solve complex institutional challenges.
In addition to his executive leadership experience, Devon holds a commercial fixed-wing multi-engine pilot rating and is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, bringing a process-driven approach to organizational improvement, operational efficiency, and strategic growth.
