At First Responder PEER-O-LOGY we understand the emotional physical and spiritual toll that public safety work takes on first responders; law enforcement, fire, corrections, dispatchers and their families. Our training is designed to strengthen resilience, restore balance, build elasticity and trust – one person, one team and one agency at a time.

Each training is grounded in peer support principles and led by experienced facilitators who bring real world insights and deep understanding of the challenges faced by the first responder community.

At its core, PEER-O-LOGY brings together senior-level clinicians, human behaviorists, and culturally competent seasoned mentors to facilitate meaningful peer engagement. This approach allows course participants to connect with others who understand the unique pressures of being a first responder.

PEER-O-LOGY exists to serve those who serve others. We believe in the power of connection, the importance of connection and courage it takes to heal. Whether you are returning from a difficult call, leading an agency through change, or seeking renewal after years of service, we are here for you.
